1. Is my air fare going to Vietnam part of the package I am paying for?

  • No, it is not. You will book your own transportation going to Vietnam, and while in Vietnam

 

2. What are the tour package inclusions?

  • The package only includes: Pickleball Lessons, Pickleball Venue Fees, Hotel Accommodation, 2 meals.

 

3. How do I book?

4. What is the cancellation policy?

  • It is non-refundable.

 

5. What are the payment options?

  • PayNow or local bank transfer (3% discount) or credit card

 

6. Is travel insurance included or recommended?

  • No it is not included. Please ensure you have obtained your own travel insurance coverage.

 

7. Is my package transferrable to someone else?

  • We do not allow packages to be transferred. However, with valid reason and sufficient prior notice, we may permit a transfer with an additional administrative fee, on a case by case basis.
